I call for a school trip and I wanted to know if i was able to enter the countrys but the operator that helped me was so rude. I told him I was under young and he laughes and didnt help me. He gave me a website and which he spelled the words out just because i didnt hear him clearly the first time he said it. I was very disappointed. I thought I was going to get treated much better because we are like family, we are here to help eachother but I dont think everyone thinks a lot. Well...... you should suggest to your stadf that they should be more polite we the custmors. Thank you!
